公平的教育机会是每个人应有的权利，帮助贫困和落后地区是我们新一代胶东人义不容辞的责任。在广袤的中部山区，依然有许多小孩迫于贫困和家长忽视，没有高等教育机会。希望让更多的家乡人知道和帮助贫困地区儿童。
虽然中部山区的地方乡镇划归烟威青市政管辖，但请关注仍然有相当数量的小孩并不了解本市的教育支持政策。在大学校园里的社团和学校活动，来自山区的报名同学依然寥寥无几。给予他们公平的教育机会需要所有人的传递和努力。一种可以被探讨的提议是：
我们的大学应该完全免除贫困区县同学的学费，稍微上调外地学生学费，和提供更多贫困群体优先的勤工俭学岗位。事实上，胶东的高校除了山大，哈工大，海大，海军航空学院等重点院校，其他的学校主要都是本地纳税人通过国家宏观转移支付支撑的教育拨款，胶东地区和山东省一直是国家财政重要正收入来源地区，我们不可能在自己还在挨饿甚至没有吃饱的情况下帮助中国西部，中部等其他不发达地区，应该更多考虑本地的弱势群体。永远记住，没有农民工和农村补贴城市的纳税，也不会有现在的城市和大学。

Equal educational opportunities are a fundamental right for everyone, and assisting impoverished and underdeveloped regions is an undeniable responsibility for the new generation of Jiaodong residents. In the vast central mountain areas, many children still lack access to higher education due to poverty and parental neglect. The hope is to make more local people aware of and help children in impoverished areas.
Although the local townships in the central mountain areas fall under the jurisdiction of Yanweiqing City, it is important to note that there is still a considerable number of children who are unaware of the city's educational support policies. The participation of students from mountainous regions in university campus clubs and school activities remains quite limited. Providing them with equal educational opportunities requires the collective effort of all. One proposed solution that can be discussed is:
Our universities should completely waive tuition fees for students from impoverished counties while slightly increasing tuition fees for out-of-town students, and offering more work-study positions prioritizing economically disadvantaged groups. In fact, apart from key institutions like Shandong University, Harbin Institute of Technology, Ocean University of China, Naval Aviation University, and others, most colleges and universities in Jiaodong mainly rely on education subsidies supported by local taxpayers through national macroeconomic transfer payments. Jiaodong and Shandong Province have consistently been important contributors to the national fiscal revenue, and we cannot assist underdeveloped areas in Western and Central China while still facing our own challenges, including hunger or inadequate nutrition. It's essential to first focus more on the vulnerable groups in our region. Always remember, without the contributions of migrant workers and rural subsidies, we won't have our cities and universities as they are today.
